Sylus and Sam aka Milo and Otis. Two of the most rambunctious, off the wall, slightly demented,full of life and wonder, little boys. They took this town by storm and brought life to the place. Sylus had a habit of running into people's houses and taking a wild tour. Sam always had this big grin on
